京东物流承诺超区可下单却拒送转件拒收退件理赔亏空还路损_我的网站

A |     我通过京东物流商家系统正常下单发货，货物到达末端后，物流以超区的名义死活不给送，投诉他们客服也没用，按说超区为啥我能下单，能发货，后来几天他们说要转给邮政送，我打几次电话都说不要转，也没用，转邮政后，他们又说邮政不收大件，再未告知的情况下直接给我拒收退回来了。
